State to State Half Marathon, 5k Run and Kid’s 1k Run will be held in Oxford Sunday, September 25. Roads will be temporarily closed and parking may be difficult. Race organizers have reserved Lot 52 on the corner of Church and Main and the parking garage across from the Elms Hotel for church attendance.
