- On Friday February 12th, Doris Kershaw, widow of The Rev. Al Kershaw, former rector of Holy Trinity, died. A service in celebration of her life was held February 20th in Louisville, Kentucky.
ADULT FORUM: Adult Forum continues the Lenten Series with the topic Aging and Dying with Grace. On March 7, 14 and 21 speakers will share information and lead discussions about legal issue, plans for memorial services, Hospice, and grieving.
Adult forum meets at 9:15 on Sunday morning preceded by coffee and snacks at 9 am.
The annual NAACP FREEDOM FUND BANQUET was canceled due to weather and rescheduled for April 18.
WORLD DAY OF PRAYER SERVICE: Holy Trinity Day of Prayer sponsored by Church Women United of Oxford will be held Friday, March 5 at Holy Trinity Church beginning with a luncheon at 11:30 am. The service this year was written by women from many churches in Camaroon, West Africa. Special guest speaker Wendy Beongjoh (pronounced “Bonjō), a Miami University student from Camaroon, will speak about her country and its rich cultural traditions. The luncheon will feature West African food. Persons attending the program should use the Poplar Street entrance. Childcare will be provided by calling Michelle at 255-1078.
